The hospital in our hospital usability test by Japan Council for Quality Health Care is authorized in January, 2008 and acts for a request, kindness medical care to continue, and to snuggle up to a patient. Perform jushin of update examination this time, is 3rdG on August, 2019: It was authorized Ver.2.0.
Public interest incorporated foundation Japan Council for Quality Health Care established as a third-party organization evaluating the function of the medical institution in a neutral situation examines this hospital usability test, and a certificate is issued for the hospital which I achieved in the authorization standard that the mechanism establishes.
As for the examination, "document examination" "visit examination" was carried out and was evaluated six following domains.
１．The administration of the hospital organization and role in the area
２．Securing of right of patients and medical quality and security
３．Medical treatment environment and patient service
4. An organization and administration of the medical offer
5. Care process for medical quality and security
6. Rationality of the hospital administration management
I assume a corporation idea a key continuously and aim at our hospital in the area and provide a high quality health care service to be provided of security, relief, trust and the assent. I aim at the medical institution which will make efforts in the necessary staff education in future, and is necessary in the next generation to achieve the above.
